Ingridients
MEDITERRANEAN ARTICHOKE SPREAD
1 cups Artichokes chopped finely
8 oz Cream cheese
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1/4 cup green chilis
1 cup Grated parmesan
4 shallots finely minced
2 cloves Garlic minced
1 lemons zested and juice
5 oz. Salsa Fuerte®
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
2 cups wilted spinach chopped (start with 5 cups raw)
In food processor mix all ingredients. Place into baking dish. Bake in preheated 350⁰ oven 25 minutes.
Serve with garlic herb flatbread.
