Chipotle Chicken Pizza
Mozzarella, Salsa Fuerte® aioli, mizuna
300 gr pizza dough
4 oz Chipotle chicken
2 oz tomato pizza sauce
3 oz mozzarella
2 tbsp Salsa Fuerte® aioli
2 tbsp chives
½ cup mizuna
CHIPOTLE CHICKEN:
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Dust in wondra flour and saute in brown butter until golden brown. Place in pan and pour over sauce. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in 350⁰ oven for one hour.
6 chicken thighs
8 oz canned tomato sauce
½ cup canned chipotle in adobo sauce
4 cloves garlic
1 ltr water
4 limes juiced
1 tsp salt
Puree all ingredients together
SALSA FUERTE® AIOLI:
3 egg yolks
4 tbsp Salsa Fuerte®
¾ ltr vegetable oil
