EGGS BENEDICT
Toasted English Muffin, Black Forest Ham, Salsa Fuerte® Hollandaise, Roasted Potatoes

2 Eggs, poached
1 English Muffin, cut in half and toasted
3 oz Black Forest Ham, very thinly shaved
3 Tbsp. Hollandaise Sauce
Crispy Serrano Ham
1 pinch fines herbs
Roasted Potatoes

 

HOLLANDAISE SAUCE

6 Egg Yolks
3 Tbsp. Cream
2 Tbsp. Salsa Fuerte®
½ Ltr. Clarified Butter, warm
salt

Whisk yolks, cream, Salsa Fuerte® salt over double boiler until thick and ribbon stage. Slowly drizzle clarified butter while whisking. Adjust with a little warm water if needed to thin out.
