FUERTE WINGS

24 Chicken Wings
1 Cup Wondra Flour
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Black Pepper
6 Cups Vegetable Oil
5 oz Salsa Fuerte Hot Sauce
2 Cups Blue Cheese Dressing

SHAVED VEGETABLES

1 Carrot
2 Ribs Celery
3 Radishes
1 Fresno Chili 

Peel carrot and cut into 3” rectangular shape. Using a Japanese Mandoline slice carrot lengthwise very thinly. Cut celery into 3” slice thinly with Japanese Mandoline. Slice radish with Japanese Mandoline thinly. Slice fresno chili thinly with Japanese Mandoline. Soak vegetables in ice water 1 hour.

Serve with Blue Cheese Dressing
