OPEN - FACED TUNA TARTINE
Hand Cut Ahi Tuna Dressed with Salsa Fuerte® on Rustic Bread Avocado Toast, Side Green Salad

SPICY AHI TUNA TARTAR TARTIN
Avocado Relish, Radishes, Toasted Rustic Bread, Organic Greens,Paprika Oil
  
1 cup sweet paprika (not smoked)
750 ml grape seed oil

Carefully warm mixture, do not boil. 
Allow to settle overnight.  

TUNA TARTAR MIX 
  
3 ounces ahi tuna, diced 
1 tablespoon shallots, finely minced
1 tablespoon chives, chopped 
1 tablespoon paprika oil 
3 tablespoons Salsa Fuerte®
 
Mix all ingredients together. 

 

AVOCADO RELISH

avocado diced 
yuzu juice 
olive oil
